CAREER SERVICES MD MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTY THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE ARE COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE IN A MANNER THAT IS SECURE (UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED), UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SITE IS OR WILL BE MAINTAINED FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH (I) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE (INCLUDING ANY SERVICE OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE), OR (II) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT OF, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE ON, THE SITE (INCLUDING ANY SERVICE OFFERED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE). If any provision of the terms of service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the terms of service remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the terms of service that you may have must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
