Many attending physicians will ask you to write your own letter of recommendation that they will sign so that you can submit it to ERAS. This can be a challenging task for many medical students and foreign medical graduates, because it can be difficult to write a laudatory letter about themselves that doesn’t sound self-congratulatory while avoiding being too modest.

Using your resume or CV along with a questionnaire, our writers will craft an excellent letter of recommendation for you to provide to your attending physician to sign and send into ERAS.

How it works:

Step 1: Once you have placed your order with Career Services MD, your order will be processed and reviewed within 2-4 hours during normal business hours. If your order is placed after normal business hours, your order will be processed and reviewed immediately the next business day.

Step 2: You will receive an email with a link to a page where you can upload your documents and fill out a questionnaire. You must provide as much detail as you can for this questionnaire. One-word answers are not acceptable, as we will be using your own words to create your first drafts. The more detail and information you provide, the higher the quality of your LOR.

Step 3: Once you submit the questionnaire along with your uploaded documents, your order will be assigned to a writer. This writer will begin work immediately on creating the first drafts of a letter of recommendation. While working on the first drafts, if the writer has any additional questions, he or she will email you directly. Otherwise, within 4-6 business days from submitting the questionnaire, you will receive your first drafts by email.

Step 4: After receiving your first drafts, you will have one week to review the drafts and work with your writer personally to create a final version of your LOR.

Step 5: At the end of this one-week period, the writer will provide you with a final version of your LOR by email that you can print out and hand directly to your attending physician.
